WHO IS KEITH BROWN

Keith is 50 years young, lives with his wife Laura plus three children. Keith Benjamin is the oldest and is preparing for a life of singing in Opera at College Conservatory of Music University of Cincinnati. Matthew is a Sophomore studying Industrial Design at Cincy and has inherited his Dad's touch. Anna is a Sophomore in High School, enjoys playing the trumpet in Marching Band and Jazz Band. Anna is also becoming an accomplished artist. Laura is a Medical Technologist.

Keith worked in Machine Shops as a Screw Maker most of his adult life migrating to General Motors, leaving them last year to persue his love of firearms, namely carving grips for Smith and Wesson handguns.

All of the checkering, shaping, sanding, and many other aspects of his excellent craftsmanship is accomplished with hand tools. Roughing out of the wood pieces is done with power tools.

 

Keith has developed calculations taken from the shape of your hand. The order blank contains areas for you to include important information necessary to make custom grips for you including space on the back for a drawing of your hand.

Carving wood or any other material requires a keen eye and artistic ability.
